Dream gets empowered when it acquires a supreme vision. A visionary man with extraordinary determination, Mr. Gani Mohammad Deraiya started off his journey of dream from Amreli, Gujarat. He laid the foundation of Deraiya Oil Traders in 1970 and used his business acumen to turn it into a reputed oil trading firm. The year 1998 saw a mammoth transformation in the company when his son Mr. Asif Deraiya was introduced to the business. Following the footsteps of his visionary father, Mr. Deraiya took over the responsibilities to escalate business growth. He entered the real estate landscape in 2011 and scaled several milestones in his journey. Putting its strong foothold on the foundation of values, ethics and trust, the group is committed to upgrade lives with excellence.

The first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Asif Deraiya is one visionary who shaped and nurtured today’s Deraiya Group. Displaying his exceptional leadership skills in 5 decade old edible oil family business, he dominated its trading for over 2 decades. Driven by innovation with strong work ethics, he believes in adding value in the lives of customers and employees. With his ability to foresee the future, he laid the foundation of Deraiya Realtors Private Ltd. Implementing the best industry practices and embracing latest technology in all business aspects, his leadership with exceptional financial discipline is setting new benchmarks in the company.

Mr. Farid Deraiya is a visionary with wisdom of seeking new opportunities for business growth. A brilliant Commerce Graduate and a Post Graduate in Finance with bachelor’s degree in Law has made him a maven in legal and financial matters of the company. Spearheading the acquisition of new projects, his collaborative approach and ability to plan for future is taking the company to newer heights.

With a successful track record of more than 16 years of excellence in real estate, Mr. Javed Makwana spearheads in Legal Approvals and Liasoning of the projects. He is a talented taskmaster who has completed his B.Com in the year 2005. His commendable expertise in SRA acquisitions and MHADA projects makes him a significant asset of Deraiya Group.

Mr. Aslam Agwan is a proficient real estate expert who is registering his strong presence in the field since 2007. His efficiency of handling Liasoning aspects with various legal authorities is significant. From initialization to finalization of the project, he is one extraordinary personality whose capabilities of heading the construction process and project management skills make him a prime part of Deraiya Group.

A man of exceptional talent and expertise, Mr. Irshad Ashraf Wadgama holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Standing firm on the foundation of tolerance, strong work ethics, diligence and problem solving skills, he plays a significant role in Deraiya Group. He possesses exceptional managerial ability to delegate tasks, planning & prioritizing activities while thinking out-of-the-box to improvise the work process.
